Usage Profile
We start with how the cart is driven. Range, terrain, accessories, charging routine. The pack is sized to the life the owner already lives.

Pack & Charger Spec
A LiFePO4 pack and matched smart charger are specified for the chassis. Every component is documented before the conversion is scheduled.

In-Shop Conversion
Old batteries are removed and recycled. The lithium pack, BMS, and charger are installed, then the controller is tuned to the new voltage curve.

Bluetooth Handover
We pair the monitoring app, walk through state of charge and cell health, and register the ten-year warranty before keys go back.

How much range will I gain?
Most clients see roughly double the range on a single charge, with the same chassis and tires.
Is lithium safe in Florida heat?
Yes. LiFePO4 chemistry is the safest lithium type available and is rated for the conditions our climate produces year round.
Will it work with my existing charger?
Often no. Lithium requires a charger profile matched to the pack. A correct charger is included in every conversion.
